D.K. Olmstead

Assisted Living Administrator

She has worked in health care for 12 years. She started as a C.N.A. and worked hard to put herself through nursing school. She is an LPN and also served as a Social Service Director prior to becoming an administrator.

“When I started at Indian Rock Village, of course I was nervous but everyone welcomed me with open arms. The residents were welcoming. It felt like I had always been here. The administrative team really works together for the best interest of our residents. What better way to spend time with a resident, than in their own apartment, sitting on their patios listening to stories of their lives. It is a very wonderful and beautiful place nestled in the Ozarks. I drive to work every day, thankful of my opportunities and my surroundings”.

She is the mother of two and the Nana of seven.

Renea Berry LPN

Charge Nurse

She has been employed at Indian Rock Village for six years. Renea began as an LPN on our health care side and is currently working on our assisted living side.

She loves nursing and caring for the residents at IRV. She enjoys getting to know and develop relationships with them and her co-workers.

She is married to Marty. They have been married for 19½ years. She has two sons and he has a son and two daughters. Together, they have a cat name Molly. Renea has two grandchildren of whom she is very proud.

Holly Garrigus RN


She has been employed at Indian Rock Village for five years. She started in long term care as a C.N.A. in 2002. Holly began nursing school in 2007 and graduated from North Arkansas College in Harrison.

Holly loves taking care of the residents. She has a passion for the elderly. She is very close to her co-workers and enjoys the atmosphere at Indian Rock Village.

She is married. She and her husband have two children, Gavin and Marley.

Brittany Sanders

Restorative C.N.A.

She has been employed with Indian Rock Village for four years. Brittany took her C. N.A. classes right out of high school. She started as a night shift aide and began her restorative position in May 2016. Brittany is one of the therapy favorites.

She enjoys bringing a smile to her resident’s faces. She loves to make them laugh. Brittany works with the residents after therapy has reached a plateau. She gets excited when she is able to help continue to restore their ability to maintain a level of independence.

She is married to Cody.

Stephanie Breedlove

Social Service Director

She has been with the company for eight years. She began her career as a C.N.A., giving direct care to the residents. She worked her way up to Shower aide and then Lead C.N.A.. Stephanie has excelled in every job. She became the Social Director in June 2015.

She loves her residents and considers them family. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable, secure, and loved.

She is engaged to her fiancé of 10 years. They share four girls and three male dogs, “so it evens it out,” she stated.

Marley Gatewood LPN

She has been employed at IRV, health care for 3½ years. She has worked on both the Assisted Living and Health Care side of the community. She has been versatile in moving as the facility has needed her to.

Marley is married to Mark, an LPN who is currently enrolled in RN school. They have been married for two years. They have one son named Mason.

Their heart is with Indian Rock Village, as Mark is employed here also. She states, “it feels like home. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.”

Misty Watts Canterbury

Health Care Administrator

Misty has been with Indian Rock Village since 2011. She has 19 years of experience in Long Term Care. She started as a C.N.A. in 1998. She went to school to become an LPN. Then later her RN degree all while working in Long Term Care. She received the highest honor of Florence Nightingale Award of Compassion and Excellence. In 2016, she became a Nursing Home Administrator.

Misty has a passion for long-term care and caring for others. She is dedicated to making sure that all elders, families, and employees feel like they are loved, cared about, and appreciated. It is her goal to make everyone feel like family at Indian Rock Village.

Misty is married to Ken. She has two sons, Alex who is a member of the US Army and Lance who is in high school, active in football and weight lifting. She has two stepdaughters, Kendall and Katelyn that are twins in pre-k.

Mishia Burton

Housekeeper for Independent and Assisted Living

Mishia has been with Indian Rock Village for 24 years. She is originally from West Virginia. She moved to Arkansas, met and married her husband of 36 years Johnnie. They have one son, Joshua, his wife Amanda, and their 9-1/2 year old granddaughter Leeanna, who competes in gymnastic competitions.

Mishia collects ceramic Christmas Village houses and has a very large collection. She graciously displays them in the lobby showcase almost every Christmas.

Martha Coffman

Housekeeping Manager

Martha has been the housekeeping manager since 2000. She previously worked as a housekeeper and in the laundry department.

Martha says, “My intent is to make Indian Rock Village their home and feel like this is a family. There is no greater pleasure than enriching lives of our residents. My mother-in-law was a resident here and we were so pleased with the warm and loving care she received.”

She is married to Steven, who is a retired former mechanic. They have been married 51 years and have one daughter and one grandson. They also share a Sheltie named Freckles.

Michael Olive

Maintenance Supervisor

Mike has been with the company for over 11 years. He and his staff keep the building in tip-top shape.

He is married to Synthia who is the Assisted Living Activities Director. They have been married 40 years although he is not quite sure how because he said he is only 44. They have 4 sons and 10 grandchildren.

In his leisure time, in addition to spending time with his grandchildren, he is a Bladesmith that specializes in hunters, fighters, and Bowie Knives.

He loves interacting with the residents and tires to meet their maintenance needs.
