She has worked in health care for 12 years. She started as a C.N.A. and worked hard to put herself through nursing school. She is an LPN and also served as a Social Service Director prior to becoming an administrator.
“When I started at Indian Rock Village, of course I was nervous but everyone welcomed me with open arms. The residents were welcoming. It felt like I had always been here. The administrative team really works together for the best interest of our residents. What better way to spend time with a resident, than in their own apartment, sitting on their patios listening to stories of their lives. It is a very wonderful and beautiful place nestled in the Ozarks. I drive to work every day, thankful of my opportunities and my surroundings”.
She is the mother of two and the Nana of seven.
