There will be a free Health & Wellness Fair, Saturday September, 29th, from 8: am to 1:00 pm, at the Fairfield Bay Conference Center. The event is hosted by KFFB Timeless 106.1 and Eagle Bank. There will be free screenings and prizes. Come out and visit us.

Van Buren County Fair

Several members of our community entered items in the Van Buren County Fair this week.  Dawn Burris, Mildred Day, Eunice Lovelace, and Hulda Sims submitted art work.  Nancy Cuatt submitted clothing. Everyone received a ribbon for their work.  Some won first place ribbons. Congratulations to all our winners!

New Medicare Card Mailing Dates

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) began mailing new Medicare cards to some states in May. Arkansas is in the next mailing wave beginning in June. Watch your mailbox!
