Flu Clinic for Van Buren County is October 4th from 10-4 at the Van Buren County fairgrounds. The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) will be providing flu vaccines across the state in preparation for the 2018-19 flu season starting next week. There will be a free Health & Wellness Fair, Saturday September, 29th, from 8: am to 1:00 pm, at the Fairfield Bay Conference Center. The event is hosted by KFFB Timeless 106.1 and Eagle Bank. There will be free screenings and prizes. Come out and visit us.  

Several members of our community entered items in the Van Buren County Fair this week.  Dawn Burris, Mildred Day, Eunice Lovelace, and Hulda Sims submitted art work.  Nancy Cuatt submitted clothing. Everyone received a ribbon for their work.  Some won first place ribbons. Congratulations to all our winners!
